Cherokee Phoenix Board
I joined the Cherokee Phoenix Board in November 2019. This five-person board aims to ensure the long-term viability of a 195-year-old newspaper.
We are directly responsible for hiring the managing director for the paper. We also meet regularly to ensure the Cherokee Phoenix has resources and the ability to maintain it’s independent journalism.
